Our goal is to leave you satisfied with any service or product you purchase from Ritual Pause. If you experience any issues with or have questions about our programs, services or products, please notify us as soon as possible so we can remedy the situation.

CONSULTATIONS AND TREATMENTS

From the time of purchase, you have a 6 month window to complete your consultation. We recommend scheduling sooner than later as availability times fill. Consultations which are not booked and completed within the 6 month timeframe are not eligible for a refund.

If you have to cancel a consultation or treatment, email us at least 72 hours before your appointment to get a full refund (less any processing fees) or to reschedule. Cancellations made within 24-72 hours of the scheduled appointment or less will be refunded 50% of the fee (less any processing fees). Cancellations made within 24 hours or less are non-refundable.

Ritual Pause reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances that would make the event nonviable. If Ritual Pause cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to apply the deposit and any funds paid for that event to a future event.
